Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 72 hours of delivery for a full refund only if the product is damaged. 

Our return policy lasts 72 hours. If 72 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. It must also be in the original jar/packaging. Several products are exempt from being returned. Some perishable goods such as our preserves cannot be returned, please contact us for more info at julie@julieandthebees.ca. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us for further info and instruction for  your return. We do not cover shipping charges/postage on returns. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Julie and the Bees 711 Arkell Road, Arkell, Ontario, Canada N0B1C0. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping a group of items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
